Message from Our General Manager
When we founded IDEA in 2005, our resources were not just limited — they were almost non-existent. Our only capital was the reputation we had built during our previous professional careers. Of course, the road was not always smooth, but we worked tirelessly, relentlessly, and with great determination. We always strived to act with integrity in our work, in our words, and in our conduct. Today, we are proud to have become one of the prominent companies in the generator sector, exporting to over 70 countries and contributing millions of dollars in foreign currency to our counry.
In summary, our story is a great example that honesty and hard work can lead to success. However, as an American psychologist and author once said, success is not a destination, but a journey. And on this journey, many greater achievements still lie ahead.
While it is difficult to make definite predictions about the future of the generator industry — a sector with a global market value of 25 billion dollars — it is clear that developments in emissions reduction, efficiency improvements, and integration with renewable energy sources will ensure that generators remain a significant component of the energy industry, even if not the most popular option.
Some believe that the declining cost of renewable energy will eventually overtake fossil fuel-based generation methods, while others are convinced that hydrogen fuel cells — which generate electricity through a chemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen — will replace generators altogether.
Meanwhile, it is widely discussed that the era of Artificial Intelligence, considered to have already begun, will bring major transformations to the energy sector starting around 2030. The possibilities of AI are truly astonishing. As AI’s learning capabilities evolve, it is expected to become more human-like — perhaps even more capable than humans. Concepts like AI Doctors or AI Lawyers may soon become completely normal.
Considering all this, it’s evident that the future of this dynamic sector will be extremely challenging, and the bar for success will be set very high. There is no secret formula for success in this tough race. In my view, determination and hard work are the key. As Henry Ford once said: The harder we work, the luckier we get.
At the same time, we are fully aware that our reputation is one of the qualities that sets us apart. With this comes responsibility. That’s why we continue to embrace honesty and reliability as non-negotiable values and pursue success with passion and enthusiasm.
As we reflect on the road we’ve traveled, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all our stakeholders, business partners, and customers — especially our dedicated employees — who have believed in us and supported us throughout this journey.
